This is an unusual list. It blocks Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Poland, but not Germany, France or Spain. In Canada only New Brunswick and Ontario are blocked, meaning the rest of the country is free to play. This number is the most important in the review. Section 11.8 of their terms states the maximum you can withdraw.

Once you cashout for the first time, the week limit starts and runs for 7 days. Both the week and month limits are reset on the 1st of the month. Crypto amounts are converted using Coinbase’s rates at the time you cashout. A big exception to the limits is if you’re lucky enough to win the progressive jackpot, in which case, the limit doesn’t apply.
Other wins have to wait. A win of 1 BTC (~$84k) on a normal slot would be cashed out at 0.12 BTC a week, for a total of 9 weeks. Being a VIP member gets you “higher limits” and faster cashout approvals, but the terms don’t state how much the limits are increased by.
Before your first payout comes full verification: photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method, and 7Bit may call you. If they can’t reach you by phone or email within two weeks of the request, your account is locked and your withdrawal is cancelled. Update your phone number to be reached. The board has decent variety. Besides the Bitcoin win there's 30.78 ETH at 2,030x on Rise of Triton, 111,762.50 USDT at 2,236x on Buffalo Trail and two wins over 102,000 USDT on Throne of Camelot. The multipliers on these wins are large, especially for moderate bets, and are the kinds of hits the average player could land. The board doesn't show dates though, so we have no idea when the hits occured.
Now compare that to the withdrawal limits. Assuming 7Bit Casino doesn't consider that Bitcoin win a progressive jackpot win, the terms state it would be payable at 0.12 BTC a week and 0.48 BTC a month. The real restriction is on the size of the bets. When you bet with a welcome bonus, the maximum bet per spin is 12 µBTC, approximately $1. To clear the full bonus of 1.5 BTC at 35x, it would require 52.5 BTC worth of bets. With a one dollar bet, that would equal millions of spins. The truth is that it’s nearly impossible to get to the millions of spins. Winnings from free spins are also limited to 1.2 mBTC, approximately $100. Bonus money also can’t be used to play progressive jackpot slots.

The company that holds the license as well as the terms and conditions can vary depending on your location. In Quebec two weeks prior, there was a different company that also had a Curaçao license that is also featured on the regulator’s website. The Tobique license, which came with no stamp or link, had no public record we could find. Depending on where you’re located, only one of the companies can be verified.
That's not necessarily evidence of anything wrong. Large operators often split markets between different companies.
