An exception to the rule, the Guinness World Records page to the largest online slot jackpot still shows Jon Heywood’s win in 2015. Guinness World Records states that records change daily and sometimes aren’t published. The 2021 and 2023 jackpots were larger than Heywood’s.
This year's wins so far are on biggest casino wins 2026. Smaller networks pay big too. Relax Gaming’s Dream Drop paid its 27th Mega jackpot in February 2026 for more than €1.92 million to a Canadian player at bet365 (Relax Gaming). Where these jackpots are shown is on our progressive jackpot casino page.
Biggest casino wins on stream
These aren’t jackpots. These are regular slot wins, with huge bets, that have been filmed on stream. The two biggest wins belong to Roshtein and Trainwreckstv. Both wins were at Stake.

Before you compare these with jackpots, keep in mind, nobody knows for sure whose money was on the balance. Rival streamers have said the same about Roshtein. His answer has been to show the spins on the studio leaderboards to prove the win. Keep in mind, the stream only shows the winning spin. There’s hours and hours of losing that is not shown.

The bets behind the biggest casino wins
All bars are the same height scale. Jackpot bets are so low they don't even show.
- Roshtein
- Train
- Roshtein
- Roshtein
- Book of MM
- Napoleon
- Betway
Bars to scale, $10,000 = full bar. Euro and pound stakes shown as placed.
A progressive jackpot is the same regardless of bet size, so a normal stake can win millions. A win on a normal slot is a multiple of the bet, so streamers' records require stakes that most people will never place.
The flip side: a jackpot win is rare beyond belief, while a streamer's big hit needs a big balance behind it. Neither is a plan. If a big win does land, the caps in the casino's terms decide how fast it reaches you, which our high withdrawal limit casinos page compares.
What a normal casino win looks like
Most wins on a casino's winners list are in the thousands, and most are from slot machines.
Players post their own big wins. Players post what happened after big wins: see Reddit casino wins. These are the biggest wins, but most players lose, and that's how every casino stays in business.
If you want to go for the really big numbers, check the cap. Our no max win casinos page lists the casinos where the terms don’t cut a big win down.
The biggest land casino win, for comparison
According to the Excalibur's Wikipedia entry, on March 21, 2003, Josh Ford of Los Angeles won $39.7 million on a Megabucks slot at the Excalibur. It is still the biggest land-based jackpot.
- Online overtook it: WowPot's €38.46 million in 2023 is about $43.7 million at the European Central Bank rate of 30 September 2026.
- Same idea: Megabucks is a progressive jackpot linked across many machines, just like Mega Moolah online.
- Our focus: this site tracks online wins, where the paperwork is easier to find.
