The stakes behind five of the posts above, as the posters describe them.

These are player reported wins. A screenshot shows a balance and not a withdrawal. Most of these posts don’t say if the player actually cashed out the money. We link to these posts so you can check out the original posts. We do not post the pictures.

Pay attention to the bets. Many of these large reported wins were made on bets of 10 cents, $1.80, $10 or $20. On the other hand, the streamer reported large wins on our biggest streamer wins page were made with large bets, and frequently other peoples’ money.

Reddit wins that didn't last

These are the posts with lesser upvotes, but say more.

$400 to $238Konline baccarat, then back to zero within a day (post)
$330Kwon at online blackjack, then lost, then "starting to lose my own money" (post)
$100 to $3K"almost bought a Tesla, and then lost it all" (post)

One post is about a player winning $238,000. The player said that the site’s maximum withdrawal was $5,000. He/she took a $5,000 withdrawal to test it out, and kept playing with the rest. The balance, and the $5,000 withdrawal, went to zero.

Having a withdrawal limit means that a large win would be dispersed in smaller payouts, and the money would remain on the site with the games. Our page with high withdrawal limit casinos shows which casinos cap withdrawals and how much.

When a Reddit casino win doesn't get paid

Players post their accounts of payout fights.

  1. 2022

Rollbit Banned My Account with a $100K+ Portfolio. Says the account was banned for "Game Abuse" with no further reason given. (Reddit post)

  2. 2024

Zula not paying me out $32,000. Says Zula refused, then paid $32,644.80 after a week of emails and admitted it was wrong. (Reddit post)

  3. 2025

I Won $96,000 on SuperSlots.ag, 50+ Days Later, Still No Payout. Says every KYC document was sent and the payout was still pending after 50 days. (Reddit post)

  4. 2026

BetOnline delayed a $96,000 win for nearly 3 months, then sent a lawyer letter. Says the account was disabled for almost three months, then a lawyer's letter arrived. (Reddit post)

Although we can't verify these claims and the casinos may tell it differently, this pattern is still useful. Most fights happen after a big win, either during ID check or after invoking a clause that the player has not read.

Two habits help. The first is to finish your ID check before you play big. The other is to read the casino's terms about withdrawal limits and account closing before you deposit. Every casino review on our site has these terms quoted.

How to read a Reddit casino win

The best place online for seeing real player wins is on Reddit. This is also the easiest place to misread.

  • Winners post, losers mostly don't. For every big hit on the front page, there are far more losses nobody shares.
  • A balance isn't a withdrawal. Look for a follow-up post saying the money arrived.
  • Screenshots can be edited. A replay link or video is stronger evidence, and some posters share one.
  • "I'm done" posts are rare. The $1.80 max win that paid off debts is the exception, not the pattern.

Reddit casino wins FAQ

What is the biggest casino win posted on Reddit?

One of the more upvoted posts on r/onlinegambling is titled, "$10 to $115,315," describing $115,315 won from $10 in July 2024. A different post on r/gambling claims to have won $400,000 playing online blackjack from $5,000 in January 2024. Both of these posts are player reports.

Are Reddit casino wins real?

There are likely many, but a single post proves little. These should be treated as player reports. Look for supporting evidence like videos, replays, or follow up posts.

Do online casinos pay out big wins?

Most do, but disputes happen. Reddit has posts about wins held for months, accounts closed with money inside, and a $32,644.80 payout that came only after a week of complaints. Checking a casino's terms before you play is the best protection.

Why do people lose their big wins?

Yes, because the money is tied to the site. There are posts of players winning upwards of $200,000 but having to leave the money on the site, because the withdrawal limit was only $5,000.

Play it safe

Gambling is for adults only (18+, or older where local law says so). Treat every deposit as money spent on entertainment, never as a way to make money. If it stops being fun, take a break with the casino's own tools or talk to Gambling Therapy, which offers free support in many languages.
