Jackpot City withdrawals: two caps, and jackpots skip both
This section of the terms is the least read by jackpot hunters, and this info is better than what is expected.

24 hours pending, no weekend processing
A holding period of 24 hours applies to all withdrawals, and nothing is processed over the weekend. You can reverse the withdrawal during this time.

£10,000 a day, at most
A 24-hour limit also applies to withdrawals and a win of $50,000 would take about a week to process, even with the best case scenario.

€4,000 a week if you win "too much"
If you withdraw five or more times the total amount of your lifetime deposits across the entire casino group, section 7.6 applies a limit of €4,000 a week to your play, until further notice.

Progressive wins are exempt
This section concludes with a provision that is of interest to us: "All progressive wins are exempt from this clause". The bonus cap of 6x the first deposit also states the same.

What happens if you hit Mega Moolah at Jackpot City?
In theory, a jackpot is paid without the €4,000 a week limit. The terms state clearly that the €4,000 limit and bonus cap do not apply to progressive wins, and that is better than what many Jackpot casinos do. The daily £10,000 limit does not include such an exception, therefore we suggest contacting Support and ask them how they would pay a win in the seven figure region. Be prepared for an ID and Source of Wealth verification as described in section 7.8.1. Jackpot City may hold on to the winnings until it is satisfied.

Real wins at Jackpot City: big meters, thin proof
Jackpot City is also home to both of Games Global's massive jackpot networks. They don't tell you who won.
The figure for Mega Moolah, as shown by Grand Mondial that same day, was within approximately $2,000. This is to be expected because Mega Moolah is a single pool that all casinos on the network share. It says nothing about Jackpot City.
The winners page above the meters is less convincing. The “recent winners” feed showed 14 rows with no names and no dates. Seven of them were the same $2,128 win on Pompeii Megareels Megaways. The biggest win at the time was $2,128. Jackpot City is a brand that has been running since 1998. There are no mention of large, dated wins on their site.
The group does have proof elsewhere. Jackpot City is part of the Super Group, which also owns Betway. According to Games Global, a Betway player won €13,528,145.61 on Book of Mega Moolah with a €20 bet on Christmas Eve 2023, and another player won €17.8 million on the classic game in October 2015. Those are real pool wins on the same sister brand. If Jackpot City has had large wins on the same pool, it is not being transparent about them. Our biggest casino wins list keeps dated wins.
Jackpot City bonus: $1,600 over four deposits, at 35x
There is a 100% match up to $400 on each of your first four deposits, as well as 10 daily spins on a wheel with a top prize of $1,000,000.
Each of the match bonuses requires 35 times the bonus in bets in order to make it cash. Max it out and that’s $14,000 of bets per deposit, $56,000 for the full $1,600. While playing through the bets, bets are capped at €8 per spin.
You have 7 days from sign-up to claim it and 2 months to use each part of it.

The one rule every jackpot player needs to know: progressive jackpot games do not contribute to the 35x rollover. With bonus money, you can play Mega Moolah all you want and not move the bar a single centimeter. Baccarat, Craps, and Sic Bo do not count either, and most table games count 8% with NetEnt slots counting 50%.
The daily wheel is the Mega Millionaire Wheel and its million is a fixed prize, not a progressive. The 10 spins are only available for 30 days following your last deposit. Any winnings from a no deposit bonus, or a free spin, have a 70x rollover and are capped at 100 credits, so consider those for fun only.
And the cap: management can limit your sign up bonus to 6 times your initial deposit, so the most you can withdraw is $60 with a $10 deposit, and that's excluding progressive wins, of course.

No casino we've covered has more Mega Moolah. Other than the classic, and the newer spin-offs, there are also 3 Mega Moolah blackjack tables. Jackpot City is about the only place you can card chase the progressive at a table game.
The cost is in the return to player. Some of each jackpot bet contributes to the pool, reducing payback on the base game. In the lobby data, the classic Mega Moolah games were rated RTP 86 (the lowest of all the games in the jackpot list) while Lotsaloot games were rated at 92 and some King Millions games were rated at 96. In the long run, a $100 bet on the classic Mega Moolah games gives a lower expected return compared to most of the other games in the lobby. Super Group (SGHC) Limited has Betway and Spin brands and is a NYSE-listed company. Not all of the group's decisions will be player-friendly, but as a publicly-listed group with auditors behind the casinos, things could be worse.

In the Mega Moolah world, Jackpot City has better paperwork than Grand Mondial. The former offers lighter bonus wagering requirements and a written jackpot exemption. Grand Mondial has a better trophy cabinet. Regular payouts make the crypto sites even better.
