Section 11.5 states BC.Game "will not permanently retain legitimate customer funds solely because an investigation has been initiated”.
That last line is uncommon and what a big winner would like to see in writing. Fees, if any, should be disclosed before you confirm your withdrawal (11.7), and the network charges its own. Processing times on the site are “indicative only”.
