What to send, and what helps
Most emails are in one of four categories.
A correction
A link to where there is a problem and the terms that confirm the problem.
A win we missed
A link to where the studio released it, or a stream that is available on VOD, or the original post. A repost isn’t enough.
A casino or studio
Did terms change? Send the new clause.

A casino won't pay you?
We can’t help you settle a dispute or get a casino to change its mind. This may help.
- 1
Start with the casino's own complaints process, in writing, and keep every reply.
- 2
If that fails, go to the regulator that licenses the casino. Each of our casino reviews names the licence and where to check it.
- 3
Keep screenshots of your balance, your withdrawal request and the terms on the day you played.
If you need help, our Responsible Gambling page has resources to help you.
Play it safe
Gambling is for adults only (18+, or older where local law says so). Treat every deposit as money spent on entertainment, never as a way to make money. If it stops being fun, take a break with the casino's own tools or talk to Gambling Therapy, which offers free support in many languages.
